"Subscription to Investigation: Night Guest" is a detective series about provincial police officer Glikeriya Davydova. One day, the woman and her team respond to an urgent call: Stanislav Talich, a librarian who recently moved from the capital, claims to have seen the body of a blonde woman in a trash bin. However, no body is found there. Just as Glikeriya starts to think that the man's imagination got the best of him, a newspaper advertisement appears announcing the disappearance of a girl who matches his description of the corpse perfectly.
