Madre de Alquiler (2023 - …)

The series "Madre de Alquiler" is a Mexican drama about surrogacy. A young woman, who is raising her child from a previous marriage on her own, learns that her father is terminally ill. He is her only close family member besides her son, so she is willing to do anything to help him. The operation costs a huge amount of money. In order to pay for it, the heroine agrees to "rent out" her womb to a wealthy couple. However, something goes wrong, and after giving birth, the surrogate wakes up without any money, but with someone else's physically unhealthy baby.
