The plot revolves around a mathematics teacher named Vera Alexeevna. She is unable to establish a connection with a troublemaker named Sasha, who is even repeating the year. A graduate can lose their diploma even for the second time. Vera wants to help the young man. Unexpectedly, during an extra lesson, Alexander confesses his love to Vera, which greatly shocks the married teacher. Moreover, the teenager starts showing persistence and actively courting her.
