The heroine of the melodramatic series "Mosaic of the Soul" is a young director of a children's home named Nadezhda. She has dedicated her entire life to caring for lonely children, so administrative duties are difficult for her. On her first day of work in her new position, Nadya encounters an aggressive mother who has been deprived of her parental rights and demands to know the address of her child's foster parents. When Nadya refuses to disclose this information, the desperate woman kidnaps her own daughter.
