The series presents a multifaceted reflection of the most important period in the history of the Russian Empire. The action takes place from 1906 to 1911. At the center of events are people who find themselves "on different sides of the barricades." Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Russian Empire, Petr Arkadyevich Stolypin, works tirelessly to bring order to the country. Meanwhile, ambitious revolutionaries are preparing for a coup and planning an assassination attempt on Stolypin.
