Rugrats (1991 - 2004)

This is the story of a one-year-old baby named Tommy and his group of friends. They live in a world that is familiar to every little child. In their usual surroundings, surrounded by adults, the babies are seen as nothing more than foolish creatures who constantly get in the way and scurry around underfoot. However, as soon as the parents stop paying attention to their little ones, it turns out that the kids can communicate with each other. And the main characters also constantly find themselves in amusing predicaments. It's like "Rugrats"!
