"Stay Here" - a show about renovation that was released on the Netflix platform. Two professionals in their field, design specialist Genevieve Gorder and real estate agent Pete Lorimer, take on the task. They are convinced that even in a rental property, comfort is important, and they help owners transform their unprofitable properties. A well-designed interior not only makes the living space attractive to tenants but also helps increase the owners' income. Among the participants are people from all walks of life who own property but have given up hope of benefiting from it.
