Tales from the Crypt (1989 - 1996)

The TV series "Tales from the Crypt" was created in 1989 and is based on the eponymous comic book. Each episode features a separate horror story narrated by the Crypt Keeper, a sinister skeleton in a cloak. The protagonists of the tales are invariably dishonest citizens who ultimately face retribution. The project was conceived by the renowned director Robert Zemeckis, who also directed one of the episodes, and many roles were played by actors who later became Hollywood superstars. This horror anthology gained wide popularity thanks to its atmosphere, dark humor, and chilling endings that send shivers down your spine.
