The story revolves around a girl alien named Haruhara Haruko, who one day causes a traffic accident. However, it's not just any accident - she hits Naota Nandaba, a student at an elementary school, with her scooter. In order to achieve an even greater effect, Haruhara Haruko decides to hit him on the head with her guitar. The resulting injury leads to unexpected consequences. A robot starts growing from the bump that appears on the boy's head...
