This is an American program that first aired on the History Channel in 2012. The show follows several mountain men in their everyday lives, work, and daily adventures. To survive in the wild conditions, the mountain dwellers hunt, fish, and build shelters using whatever resources they have. Here, far away from civilization, they rely solely on their own abilities. The show "Mountain Men" allows viewers to glimpse into the world of those who have chosen a life away from big cities, luxurious restaurants, and massive shopping centers.
