Panfilov serves in the operational-investigative department, but he does not fit in, nor does he want to, with the established standards here. Despite successfully solving all cases, he is too independent and unsuitable for teamwork. The series "The Last of the Pack" will tell the story of a new investigation assigned to him. The case brings Panfilov back to his hometown. He is in no hurry to go there, only unforeseen circumstances force him - the death of his mother. Relatives haven't seen each other for many years, and the detective realizes that there is no other way. Here, in his homeland, he confronts everything he has been running away from for many years.
