Cardiologist Natalya works at a private clinic, while her husband Vyacheslav owns a not very successful travel agency and dreams of opening a hotel. Secretly, he is having an affair with a coworker from the city hall. Vyacheslav organizes a countryside tour for a potential sponsor, who suffers a heart attack during the trip. Natalya saves his life.
