The story revolves around a young man who decides to seek revenge after witnessing the brutal murder of his mother in his childhood. Following this traumatic event, Kim Ji Young dedicates himself to martial arts and becomes an exemplary student at the police academy. Upon the release of his mother's attacker, Kim Ji Young catches him in the act of another assault, prompting him to take justice into his own hands, attracting unwanted attention from the press and the police. Unwilling to give up on his mission, Ji Young assumes the role of a vigilante, correcting the mistakes of repeat offenders.
