This is a story about the mysterious Hunter Organization. They have a license that allows them to have many privileges. Members of the community freely travel in business class on various modes of transportation and also have access to a database that is unavailable to others. They are easily trusted with large sums of money by various financial organizations. Of course, many people want to join this clan. But the selection criteria are quite harsh, and the judging panel is strict and discerning.
