The action of the crime series "Okhota na asfalte" takes place in Russia in the early 2000s, when the rampant crime on the country's roads begins to spiral out of control for the police. A criminal authority known as Miron terrorizes the highways by robbing truck drivers. The police struggle to track down Miron's gang for a long time because there is a lack of evidence.
