"Alice Against the Rules" is a Russian detective series about a young investigator unraveling her sister's murder. Dina was an actress, and her body was found right on the theater stage in a costume. The culprit was believed to be a deranged director who managed to disappear. Wanting to get to the bottom of what happened, Alice joins the police force. Years later, history repeats itself: another victim is discovered under the same circumstances. That's when Alice returns to the city and takes on the investigation.
