American Gods (2017 - 2021)

"American Gods" is an American fantasy series based on the bestselling novel by Neil Gaiman. The show is created by Bryan Fuller and Michael Green. The main character, a former criminal named Shadow, is released from prison and awaits a reunion with his wife whom he hasn't seen in many years. On his way home, Shadow encounters a mysterious man who introduces himself as Wednesday. By chance, he gets drawn into a massive war between the Old and New Gods of this world.
