Berserk (1997 - 1998)

This is a story about two warring kingdoms. Through betrayal and numerous bloody battles, power in one of them is seized by a new ruler. His demon minions wreak havoc and lawlessness. They continue their rampage until a armed warrior appears in the city under the cover of night. Covered in swords, shields, and scars, he introduces himself as the Berserk. The size of his weapons perfectly matches the burning animosity the hero harbors towards the new king.
