The British biographical mini-series "Des" tells the story of a serial killer named Dennis Nilsen, who actually lived in the UK in the 1980s. He gained worldwide notoriety under the nickname Des. Nilsen was arrested in 1983 after human remains were found in the sewer of his house. It turned out that this unassuming man had been killing teenagers and young men in his home for five years, dismembering their bodies, and disposing of them in the garbage. Des was convicted of six murders and two attempted murders.
