Foundation (2021 - …)

"Foundation" is a TV series on the AppleTV+ streaming platform, based on the eponymous series of science fiction books written by Isaac Asimov. The story takes place in the superstate of the Galactic Empire. A mathematician named Hari Seldon tries to warn its citizens about the possible disappearance of the Empire and the thousands of years of chaos that will follow before the emergence of the Second Empire. In order to prevent the onset of the Dark Ages, Seldon gathers a group called the "Foundation," consisting of the greatest scientists, engineers, and historians.
