The events of the Russian comedy series "Helium-3" take place in the year 2040. "Ruscosmos" sends a space station to the Moon to save planet Earth from an approaching asteroid. Leading the new organization is the rather eccentric Irina Tsvetkova. However, her subordinates are also quite unique: the primitive Major Slava, the sharp-tongued pilot Sonya, the dim-witted engineers Yurich and Roman, and other professionals who couldn't find their place on Earth. Everything changes with the arrival of Venus Myshkina on the station.
