Lovecraft Country (2020 - 2020)

The series "Lovecraft Country" is a show for fans of classic horror, filtered through the prism of America's troubled history of racism and segregation. It is set in the 1950s. Atticus Freeman, a black man and Korean War veteran who is also a fan of speculative fiction, sets out to find his missing father. Along the way, he encounters both real nightmares created by living people and creatures from other worlds, as if they have stepped off the pages of a cult writer.
