"Mavki" is a Ukrainian detective melodrama mini-series that unfolds in a small town with a funny name, Mavki. A young female investigator named Kira Zadorozhnya is sent there as an intern. No one even suspects that the intern came here not only for work. Soon, the head of the local police department, Oleg Kravchenko, learns that Kira belongs to a wealthy family. From the very first day, the relationship between the chief and his young subordinate leaves much to be desired.
