TV series description
"Rome" is a historical series co-produced by BBC, HBO, and RAI. The story begins with Caesar completing his long war in Gaul and returning to Rome. However, during his absence, many changes have occurred in the city. Those close to the throne anxiously await the emperor's return, as he has the power to alter the established order in society. Originally conceived as a mini-series, it was later expanded to twelve full episodes.

Хороший, зрелищный и неплохо поставлнный сериал. Исторически, наверное, далекий. Но это не мешает ему быть очень интересным.
