Seventeen Moments of Spring (1973 - 1973)

"Seventeen Moments of Spring" is a cult historical drama about a Soviet spy who infiltrates the security police of Reichsführer SS. Maxim Maximovich Isaev receives his final mission from his homeland: to find out which leaders of the Third Reich are planning secret negotiations for a truce with the West, bypassing the Soviet Union. Under the identity of a Standartenführer with the surname Stirlitz, the man must recruit Germans, avoid the suspicions of the Gestapo, and save his fellow countrymen.
