Lazarus – "Lazarus" is an anime series about a brilliant scientist whose discovery turns the world upside down. The main character is a gifted neurobiologist and a Nobel Prize laureate. After years of experimentation, he manages to create a unique medicine that can cure previously incurable diseases. The scientist is honored and invited to scientific conferences all over the world. However, three years later, the unexpected and terrifying side effect of the drug begins to manifest. Previously healthy patients who had taken the medicine start dying.
