#Neprovinciya – For writer Alexander Tsypkin, who served as both a screenwriter and host, this documentary project posed a professional challenge. As the author of stories about life in the capital, Tsypkin explores provincial life for the first time. He introduces viewers to characters who consciously chose to live outside of Moscow and St. Petersburg and are quite satisfied with their choice. The stories of these characters, of different ages, professions, and interests, will shatter stereotypical notions of rural Russia.
