Teorii bolshih deneg – The protagonist of the detective-drama series "Teorii bolshih deneg" is Mikhail Aleksandrovich Nefedov, a brilliant mathematician and university professor of probability theory. He possesses a rare gift - the ability to remember everything he has ever seen or heard. However, this ability does not save him from a simple human problem: his son needs a huge sum of money for treatment. The hero sells his apartment and puts all the money in a bookmaker's office. Unable to calculate the odds, he loses. Then the mathematician discovers an unaccounted variable - an underground bookmaking mafia that manipulated the results.
