Istorii bolshoy strany – "Stories of a Great Country" is a humorous sketch show about the lives of ordinary people in Russia. While a businessman's wife tries to hide a scratch on his beloved car from him, the director of a local gymnasium does everything possible to present himself in the best light before an inspection. A traffic police inspector improvises to extract a heartfelt confession from an intoxicated driver, a pensioner arranges a speed check for the city's special services, and a supermarket visitor gets injured by a can of food.
