The government attempted to destroy them back in 1954 by dropping atomic bombs in the Pacific Ocean. The authorities explained it as nuclear weapons testing. Since then, the San Francisco coast, which turned out to be the center of the battle, can hardly be called a peaceful harbor. And those responsible for the chaos that erupted on the planet are still hiding among humans. This is the story of one family whose past is connected to a secret organization called "Monarch."
