Three Families – The heroines of the series "Three Families" are ordinary Irish women who have suffered due to the law banning abortions in their native country. Teresa learns that her fifteen-year-old daughter has become pregnant by a random guy and buys her a pill online. However, she faces a five-year prison sentence for this. Doctor Hannah informs her that her child has serious developmental defects, and Rosie's pregnancy is even threatening her life. However, none of the women have the right to have an abortion. The series is based on the true stories of three women from Northern Ireland.
