The Staircase – The TV series "The Staircase" tells the story of a writer named Michael Peterson, who is the author of popular detective novels. He is accused of murdering his wife Kathleen. Her body was found at the bottom of the staircase in their mansion. This was followed by a court trial that lasted over fifteen years. Michael's explanations seemed unconvincing. According to the prosecution's version, Kathleen couldn't forgive her husband for his sexual escapades, and they had a major argument.
