Şahmaran – The plot is based on an ancient legend about a woman who is half snake. She possessed a vast amount of knowledge that ordinary mortals were unaware of. Şahmaran, along with her subjects, dwelled in the underground kingdom of Meran, inaccessible to humans. However, one day a poor man named Jemshab discovered a secret passage to the goddess's world and entered it. He gained a great deal of knowledge about healing diseases and, many years later, with Şahmaran's permission, returned home. Jemshab promised not to reveal the secret to anyone...
