The Killing – Detectives Sarah Linden and Stephen Holder work in the Seattle Police Department's homicide division. Due to her overly serious approach to work, Sarah finds it difficult to separate her professional and personal life. Stephen, on the other hand, battles another terrifying demon - drug addiction. Sarah had intended to leave the force, while Stephen had just begun his career in the police when they were brought together by the case of murdered high school student Rosie Larsen.
