Za polchasa do vesny – The TV series "Half an Hour Before Spring" is a Russian-Belarusian musical historical drama about the creation of one of the most popular music groups in the USSR. Volodya Mulyavin, a simple Soviet guy, lives in Sverdlovsk. He has a dream that he pursues despite his parents' prohibitions and the mockery of his peers - to organize his own band. While in the army, Volodya ends up in a military unit in Belarus, where he unexpectedly finds like-minded people. Together, they start performing under the name "Pesnyary" (Singers).
