Pokémon Concierge – The animated series revolves around Haru, who works as a Pokémon concierge at a hotel. The main character interacts with Pokémon and their owners, who check into the hotel as guests. They come here to relax and have a great time at the resort. Haru, well-versed in the rules of providing excellent customer service, is ready to provide them with all the amenities. However, the guests sometimes behave in peculiar ways.
