Nominaciya – The Russian drama series "Nomination" tells the story of Vera, the youngest daughter of the famous Soviet and now deceased director Alexey Istomin. In a conversation with journalists, Vera bluntly and decisively expresses her thoughts on contemporary Russian cinema. The heroine can afford such audacity because she has been invited to act in Hollywood. In her dreams, the girl has already become famous worldwide. However, the filming of the movie falls through. Vera, who has ruined her relationships with all representatives of the domestic film industry, is forced to look for any kind of job.
