Naked and Afraid – "Naked and Afraid" is a popular American reality show about survival without money, food, and even clothing. A pair of protagonists embarks on a dangerous and thrilling journey to one of the remote exotic corners of the world, where they have to spend 21 days without any belongings or means of survival. They can only bring one essential item of their choice, such as a lighter or a knife. The production team members are not allowed to interfere with what is happening.
